  • We follow strict GDPR and DDPA regulations. Any data you share remains confidential and will not be shared with our partners without your explicit consent.
  • About the regulation: The Data Protection Regulation replaces Directive 95/46 / EC (the Data Protection Directive), which has been implemented in Danish law by the Personal Data Act, cf. Act no. 429 of 31 May 2000 on the processing of personal data, as last amended by Act no. 410 of 27 April 2017.

  • Kindly refer to the terms and conditions of Fendous Sustainable Solutions before sharing any data with us. Fendous will carefully process your information during which you have all rights towards Fendous or the person handling your data in Fendous. 
  • Fendous will process the data in accordance with it's partners, clients or customers, and Fendous is responsible for handling your data.  
  • Our privacy policy is all about the security of your data and compliance according to the EU, USA, and Denmark Data Protection Act. Customer, client, supplier, employee, or consultant data is required and processed so that we can collaborate and communicate with them on various contracts and agreements. We process general personal information such as name, position, contact information, company name, address, email, and telephone number, as well as username. Customer service analysis, and the data and information related to the solving of tasks and working on projects together, the input of meetings, etc. 
  • We also store personal data and the data related to the documents, contracts, and agreements made verbally and written in minutes of meetings. We have partners who provide us with various IT tools and they are established outside the EU/EEA. However, we assess the company or the partner in general outside the EU/EEA through legislation based on the local regions, and countries' data protection acts. 
  • We also have cookies. Kindly read before the acknowledgment of cookies. You have all rights to view and edit the information, as well as have the data deleted with us.

Introduction Fendous Sustainable Solutions Aps is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act (May 25, 2018). This policy outlines our approach to data collection, processing, security, and individual rights.

Data Collection & Use We collect personal data for specific, lawful purposes, including:
· Identifying Information: Name, email, phone, address.
· Financial Data: Payment details, and transaction history (processed via Stripe).
· Technical Data: IP address, cookies, browser type.
· Employment Data: Job title, work history, references. We process this data to provide services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve security.

Lawful Basis for Processing We process personal data based on legitimate interests, legal obligations, contract necessity, and user consent where applicable.

Data Retention Personal data is retained for 90 days to 2 years post-account termination or as required by law. Certain data may be stored for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcing rights. Anonymous or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
Security Measures We implement technical and organizational measures, including Access controls, Regular security audits, awareness compliance training, and checking the company's compliance in practice every six months.

Data Breach Notification In case of a breach, we will assess its severity and notify authorities within 72 hours (GDPR Article 33). If a high risk is identified, affected individuals will be informed. Corrective measures will be implemented to prevent recurrence.

Your GDPR Rights You have the right to:

· Access & Rectification – Request a copy or correction of your data.
· Erasure – Request deletion of your data.
· Restriction & Objection – Limit or object to processing.

Introduktion Fendous Sustainable Solutions ApS er forpligtet til at beskytte personoplysninger i overensstemmelse med Databeskyttelsesforordningen (GDPR) og den danske databeskyttelseslov (25. maj 2018). Denne politik beskriver vores tilgang til indsamling, behandling, sikkerhed og individuelle rettigheder.

Indsamling og brug aft data Vi indsamler personoplysninger til specifikke, lovlige formål, herunder:

· Finansielle oplysninger: Betalingsoplysninger, transaktionshistorik (behandlet via Stripe).

Retsgrundlag for behandling Vi behandler personoplysninger baseret på legitime interesser, juridiske forpligtelser, kontraktlige nødvendigheder og brugerens samtykke, hvor det er relevant.
opbevaring af data Personoplysninger opbevares i 90 dage til 2 år efter kontoophør eller så længe loven kræver det. Visse data kan opbevares for at sikre juridisk overholdelse, forhindre svig eller håndhæve rettigheder. Anonyme eller aggregerede data kan opbevares på ubestemt tid.
Sikkerhedsforanstaltninger Vi implementerer tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger som adgangskontrol, regelmæssige sikkerhedsrevisioner, sikkerheds- og bevidsthedstræning samt kryptering og sikker opbevaring af følsomme oplysninger for at beskytte mod uautoriseret adgang.
Underretning om databrud I tilfælde af et databrud vil vi: Vurder omfanget af bruddet og informer myndighederne inden for 72 timer (GDPR Artikel 33). Underret berørte personer, hvis høj risiko er identificeret, og implementer korrigerende foranstaltninger for at forhindre fremtidige brud.


Dine GDPR-rettigheder Du har ret til at:
· Få adgang til og rette dine data – Anmode om en kopi eller rettelse af dine oplysninger.
· Sletning (Retten til at blive glemt) – Anmode om at få dine oplysninger slettet.
· Begrænse og gøre indsigelse – Begrænse eller modsætte dig behandling af dine data.
· Dataportabilitet – Overføre dine oplysninger til en anden udbyder.
